All orders are packed with care and posted from Ireland.

Order processing

Orders are usually packed and posted within 2 to 4 working days.

During busy times, such as Christmas, new collection launches or sale periods, processing may take a little longer.

If your order is urgent, please contact me before ordering and I will let you know what is possible.

Delivery within Ireland

Orders within Ireland are sent by An Post.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary, especially during busy postal periods.

Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

International delivery

International shipping may be available at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service.

Please allow extra time for international orders, especially during busy periods.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or fees that may apply in their own country.

Pebble Beach Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reposting it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact me with your order number.

I will help where I can, but postal delays are outside my control.

If tracked shipping was selected, the tracking information can be used to follow the parcel through the postal system.

Damaged parcels

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damaged item
  • clear photos of the packaging

I will review the issue and arrange the best solution in line with your consumer rights.
